- How quickly can I get my Print!

Our standard turnaround is 3-5 Working days although we are flexible and will do what we can to help!
Get in touch. - What formats do you like your files?

Mainly PDF with 3mm Bleed and Crops, If its a sticker/diecut then a cutter guide would be good too!
We have the Adobe suite so can use most files but prefer a PDF. - Do you send Proofs?

Not as standard, but if you need one or have a file you are unsure about we'd be happy to send a PDF for approval.
- Do you do Artwork?

No, we cant amend files or create artwork, we run from PDF supplied.
- Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we can, get in touch for a cost!
- How Will I know if my order has gone through?

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation.
- What if I want to cancel?

Please get in touch by phone or email ASAP, Unfortunately if we have started the Job we will be unable to offer a full refund, we would need to charge for anything produced before written confirmation
